Privacy policy

When you ask for a quote on this website we collect:

• your name, phone number and suburb
• anything you write about your TV and wall

When you book online (through our Cal.com booking page) we also collect:

• your email address and the address where the job will be done
• your booking time, TV size and any notes you add
• deposit payment details, which are handled by our payment provider (see below). We never see or store your full card number.

If you send Josh photos of your wall or TV by text, email or message to help with a quote, we collect those too.

• to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
• to book, confirm, reschedule and carry out your job
• to take your deposit and issue invoices or receipts
• to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We only share what is needed to run the service, with providers that do the work for us:

• Cal.com (online booking and calendar)
• Stripe (card payments for the booking deposit)
• Resend (delivers quote-form emails to Josh)
• Google (email and calendar used by Josh)
• Vercel (hosts this website)

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States, under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep quote enquiries and booking records only as long as we need them to service your job and answer follow-up questions, and keep invoices and payment records for the period required for tax purposes (generally five years). After that we delete or de-identify them.

This website uses HTTPS, and access to our email, calendar and booking accounts is limited to Josh. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, at any time. Contact Josh using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

If you have a privacy complaint, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
