Terms of service

• TV mounting is $199 for TVs up to 75" and $249 for TVs over 75", on any wall type.
• Brackets are extra. Josh can supply one that fits your TV, or fit one you already have.
• Cable concealment (running power and HDMI inside the wall) is optional and quoted separately.
• Josh confirms the final price with you before he arrives. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

• A $50 deposit secures your time slot and comes off the final price.
• You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your booking.
• Inside 24 hours, the deposit is kept.
• If Josh has to cancel or reschedule, you get your full deposit back or a new time that suits you.

• Mounting your TV on the wall with fixings suited to your wall type (plasterboard, brick, rendered or concrete).
• Bracket supply and cable concealment are only included if they are listed in your quote.

• Tell us your TV size, the wall type, and anything you know is inside the wall. Surprises can change the price or mean we cannot do the job safely.
• Make sure the area is clear and there is safe access on the day.
• Make sure any bracket you supply is in good condition and rated for your TV's weight. Josh may decline to fit anything he considers unsafe.

Josh takes care to locate studs, pipes and cables before drilling, but hidden services behind walls cannot always be detected. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by concealed or undisclosed wall conditions, or for faults in a TV or bracket that you supply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you need details of Mr Install's insurance, ask Josh before your booking.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for the purpose you told us about. If something is not right, contact Josh as soon as you can and we will put it right within a reasonable time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and both parties submit to the courts of Queensland.
